Our unique and tasty foodie experiences bring back ancient utensils and culinary methods for food prep and fire-making, and while our dishes are cooking we weave a rich regional history into the experience.

Fried ground meats, slow-cooked roasts, stewed chicken and vegetables all take on a whole new level of flavor when cooked the way mother-nature intended, over a real fire, and dressed with local spices, herbs, and freshly-picked salads.
