Wadi Qumran is one of the northern most riverbeds that flow towards the Dead Sea. Gorgeous views, unique slot-canyon hiking, and BIG rappels make this site a slam-dunk success everytime.

You choose your own adventure in Nachal Kumran with the option for the full six cliffs or go for the lower section only and enjoy three exciting cliffs to abseil down. Either way, you will literally step back into history as you rappell. Cliff heights range from 8 - 45 meters (25-150').

Spend a day on the edge with a full view of the Kumran Archaelogical Site where the Dead Sea Scrolls were found, perhaps the most notable archaeological find of the century. Entry to Qumran Park includes full access to archaelogical site as well. Aqueducts, cisterns, ritual baths, and scribe quarters are just some of what you will see as the 'apres rappel' bonus at the site.
